We purchase raw materials domestically and internationally according to Comeau’s Sea Foods rigid specifications and strict quality criteria to ensure consistency and dependability of products.

Comeau’s Sea Foods uses new equipment paired with traditional recipes to produce our popular salted product line in our newly upgraded and modern Skipper Fisheries facility.

Skipper Fisheries’ salt cod, pollock, cusk and hake products are popular with loyal customers across North America, and are exported to Mexico, the Caribbean and Portugal. Pack sizes vary with customer preferences – traditionally, our saltfish is available in conveniently sized packs for retail customers, and in bulk sizes for display. Also available are hard smoked herring fillets and salted mackerel.

Our products may be produced to custom requirements and graded to a variety of specifications.
